I have been a professional photographer for several years, ever since I opened a photography magazine with Diane Arbus' work and discovered the crazy world of photojournalism.

I got my B.A. in Vocal Performance and my M.A. in Studio Art with an emphasis in photography and drawing. I have been featured in ALIVE Magazine and Hipster Magazine, along with many photography studios. I have recently shot the 1st, 2nd and 3rd St. Louis Fashion Week with Lori Coulter's Swimwear Line and Project Runway's Nick Verreos' Nikolaki Line.

My work has been featured in Riverfront Times and The Knot Wedding Magazine. I have covered many local restaurants, boutiques and events such as Wish Shoes, The Play, Halo Salon and Spa/Lash Loft, the 1st, 2nd, and 4th Annual Kevin Kline Awards, J. Buck's, The Cancer Society's Benefit with Senator Bob Dole and The St. Louis RAMS.

I am torn between fashion photography and the raw portraiture style and still love my old-school 35 mm Pentex K-1000 (special edition!). I am inspired by Alfried Steiglitz, Astrid Kirchherr, Diane Arbus, Ansel Adams, Nicholas Nixon and Harper's Bazaar. I love illustration, singing, dancing, acting, knitting, playing my guitar, writing stories, music and screenplays, and everything else creative.
